[Bug 29501] Laptop won't receive a file via bluetooth from my phone.

Description:
Although the phone sees my laptop and can do some basic connections to
it via bluetooth, I Can't send a file from my phone to the laptop after
a fresh dapper-flight-3 install.

Using breezy and some extra repositories I was able to get the
applications installed and running that were required in order for this
to work, and it works great.  Shouldn't these packages be installed by
default?
