Thanks for your bug. Debug packages are a load for the mirror so we
select them at the moment. There is some plan to have a debug version
for all the package (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AutomatedProblemReports)
which will fix that. ORBit2 doesn't seems to be a frequent upstream
issue, it doesn't move a lot and is quite stable
