Here's another error that I had (until 2 minutes ago) only seen once.

"The application 'evolution-exchange-storage' has quit unexpectedly"

This time around, scanning folders never had a chance to get hung, since
this error hit first.  Bug Buddy apparently doesn't know about evolution
either...screenshots available upon request.
