Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/28651

Affects: gtk+2.0 (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
Any gtk2 based application crash when it enters a directory that has
cyrillic letters in its name or just file with cyrillic letters inside.
E.g. bluefish crashes when I try to open a file in such a directory via
'open file' dialog, and Nautilus restarts when I enter such a directory.

It happens on both a clean installation of DapperFlight2 and dist-
upgraded version of it.
