[Bug 28630] no easy way to kill a task

Description:
There is no easy way to kill a task/program/process when it is locked. I
know the task-manager, but it is not easily available. Why not bring it
up when the user presses ctrl-alt-delete, as in that other os? It would
be userfriendly.
