[Bug 28391] Toolbar Notifications Not In GNOME XChat

Comment:
The notification plugin does not do this.  The notication plugin
supports the system tray, but does not support the URGENT hint to the
toolbar, like in GAIM and XChat.  This is not an urgent bug, but it
would be nice to keep consistancy with Xchat and Gaim, the other
messaging applications.
