I have the same problem. I believe I have narrowed it to the totem-gstreamer
package and that the totem plugin failue is causing the browser to crash once
you navigate away from the page. I have confirmed this by removing the
totem-gstreamer and totem packages.

Reccomend an increase in severity to major as this is visible to the majority of
new users.
