   * Resynchronized with Debian. (Ubuntu: #22038)

   * New upstream release
   * debian/control:
     + Added | libreadline-dev for readline dependency.
     + Bumped Standards-Version to 3.6.2.1. No changes needed.
   * debian/rules: bump shlibs to current version, since new symbols were added.
