sure, feeback is always welcome.  You can read
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html on how to report an useful
one. Basically you should describe one issue by bug, have a clear title on what
the issue is, ... If you just want to give some feedback the way you did you
should probably send it as a mail to the ubuntu-devel list by example. The bug
has no reply for now because we get a lot of bugs for the number of people
working on them so people don't go to read bugs on UNKNOW/not assigned to often
