Sure... attaching the policy file and the script it causes to be called.

Also, now it looks like hald isn't even calling the script, though it
says it is.  I see this in the output of hald:

Run started /home/phreak/dump (10000) (0)

Only if I have /home/phreak/dump touch /home/phreak/foo as the first
thing it does, the file is not created.  /home is world executable and
/home/phreak is world writable, so there shouldn't be a permissions
issue.
