[Bug 32973] Evolution cannot handle appointment dates properly

Description:
Following my previous bug report (#32972), I'm creating an appointment
which starts at 26-April-2006 and ends at 28-April-2006. Apparently this
task cannot be accomplished because after typing in 26/04/2006 on the
start date, I shift the focus to the end date field and the most I can
type is 28/04/20, when I try to type the remaining 06, as soon as I hit
the 0 key the dates are reset to 2002.

The result is that I get 04/26/2002 on the start date field (note the
incorrect date format) and 04/28/2002 on the end date field.
