[Bug 29422] Missing weather station (Helsinki/Kaisaniemi) in Weather applet

As said on the gnome bugzilla, we would need the international code for
the  Kaisaniemi weather station. For example, the international code for
Vantaa weather station is EFHK. Once we will have this code, the bug
will be easy to fix.
