[Bug 32684] sound juicer doesn't add tags to mp3 format

Description:
using Sound Juicer 2.13.4 (Dapper)

I created a profile for extracting to mp3 format (gstreamer
pipeline="audio/x-raw-int,rate=44100,channels=2 ! lame name=enc").

I ripped it, but when I looked at file properties using Rhythmbox, all
of the artist/album/genre info was "Unknown".

This doesn't happen when ripping to ogg vorbis or flac.
