[Bug 32546] Empty Trash in File menu should be Empty Wastebasket

Description:
If you right click over the Trash folder an "Empty Wastebasket" option
shows up but in the File menu there's an "Empty Trash" menu item. The
Wastebasket seems more appropriate since it is also used in Nautilus.
Please change Empty Trash to Empty Wastebasket.
