[Bug 32498] Totem on Dapper F4 does not play unencrypted DVD

Description:
when inserting an unencrypted DVD (fresh Dapper Flight4 installation) i get the message:
"Totem was not able to play this disc. No reason"
The DVD is ok and was recorded on a VDR without encryption.
