Just downloaded the source to the totem package, and the file src/totem-
mozilla-plugin.cpp has a mime_types array defined at line 622. I think
it just needs to add a line to that. Notably, video/x-msvideo is already
listed as the backup description for the application/x-mplayer2 type,
but this doesn't actually help things....
