Description:
I just installed Flight CD4 from scratch and noticed two applets running
that showed my battery status - Power Manager 2.13.90 and Battery Charge
Monitor 2.13.4.

We don't need both applets to be running - can we just have one? I don't
know what the pros and cons of each are but we should still just have
one by default.
