[Bug 32383] Copying CDs Demands Larger CD Size Then Neccesary

Description:
When copying a 700 mb cd to a 700mb cd, Nautilus will ask for a media with 701MB.  Although the copy will execute properly, it seems confusing that you can copy 701mb on a 700mb media.
I am using the latest Ubuntu Dapper.
