Thanks; you picked the wrong half of the page (I asked for the hald
debug output on the second half). Anyway, this is obsolete now since
your dmesg.txt already revealed the problem:

[4295156.603000] UDF-fs: No partition found (1)

So your kernel needs this long time while blocking on a read result from
the floppy drive. Maybe you can try another medium?
