'initial reboot' is the first time I fire it up, _after_ the
instalation. This being a dapper install that it the first boot after I
take the CD out.

The version was a post flight 3 daily build. I'm pretty sure it was the
day I filed the bug:  2006-01-17

I've since learned that I would be better to report bugs against flight
releases, rather than daily builds - I'll stick to that in future.
