[Bug 31402] gnome-session properties hangs, when writing to files it doesn't have permisions to modify

gnome-session 2.13.91-0ubuntu1, but the problem was also aparent in 2.13.90 and earlier 2.13.x releases.
I click:
Sys => Preferences => Session => Startup Programs => any of progs listed there => Delete
And it hangs. It woes in same way when I launch it from terminal, gnome-run, whatever.
I can't delete any of the programs from /usr/share/autostart, neither can I delete gnome-volume-manager.
