Comment:
This can be reproduced with gnome-font-properties by clicking any radio
button in the main window or any radio button in the Font Rendering
Details window.

Multiple sounds can also be heard when opening the window to edit the
current profile in gnome-terminal by clicking "Edit Current Profile..."
in the context menu or by clicking "Current Profile..." under the Edit
menu.

Nautilus will also reproduce it when clicking on the Back, Forward, or
Up buttons to navigate the filesystem. Also, clicking on the navigation
buttons directly under the toolbar reproduces it as well.

gnome-default-applications-properties will reproduce the bug when
clicking any of the dropdown lists or radio buttons on either the
Internet or System tab.

gnome-network-preferences will reproduce the bug when clicking any radio
buttons on the Proxy Configuration tab.

It is reproduced in epiphany when clicking on any of the radio buttons
that change the cookie settings in the Preferences window.

Those are all that I know about at the moment.
