[Bug 29178] password dialog doesn't have focus

I tried the new version (2.13.91-0ubuntu1), and I think this behaves more predictable.
Steps to reproduce with the new version:

1. lock screen
2. wait a few secs
3. press CTRL (other keys might do as well)

Workaround:

1. lock screen
2. wait a few secs
3. move your mouse, and avoid hitting the keyboard

in this case I get the password prompt.
