[Bug 12430] evolution weather calendars only for US

Comment:
This bug is now over one year old. The weather calendar feature in
evolution is only available for US residents. I don't believe that
Ubuntu should ship feature that are only of benefit to US residents.
This feature should be disabled until the number of supported countries
are greatly increased.
