Thanks for your bug. The icon issue is a duplicate of #30459. For the
menus issue, what theme do you use? That's likely
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=330343 which is fixed upstream
(but doesn't happen with the Ubuntu theme)
