[Bug 30508] Should call gtk-update-icon-cache upon installation

I'm sorry, but I have to reject this bug. We can't do this, since some
apps install icons into /usr/share/icon/{gnome,hicolor} - when using the
cache you have to update the mtime of the directory when installing an
icon or the cache maps the icon - apps expecting to have the icon they
installed might easily crash.
