[Bug 77253] Canfield allows unlimited redeals

Canfield: The help file says that the stock has two redeals. The game
allows unlimited redeals meaning that you can't lose (however you can't
win either, you are just stuck redealing). Either the help file needs
updating, or the game needs to enforce only two redeals.
