[Bug 77427] faulty channel mappings on Intel ICH6

Binary package hint: gnome-volume-manager

On a Dell Dimension 5000 with Intel ICH6 onboard audio, the 'Master'
fader is mapped to the headphone output on the front of the system,
while the 'Master Surround' fader is mapped to the line-out output on
the rear of the system. Perhaps there are more faulty mappings, I
haven't had time to check all possible settings / connections.
