Thank you for your bug. I've just tried on feisty, the user is not
actually added, the tool use adduser which refuse to do that. The
interface is not clear about that and doesn't diplay any error, if you
restart it the new user will not be listed though, which is the problem
than bug #66051, marking duplicate, feel free to reopen if you think
that's not the case
