The .ics file located at http://icalx.com/public/piri/Arsenal32FC.ics
contains references to two timezones...

Europe/London & Europe/Oslo

are these two timezones actually the same? 
could the multiple references be the root of the problem?

in dealing with timezone information libecal defaults the timezone to
UTC if there is a problem reading the timezone information.
