[Bug 76055] "Share Folder" context menu entry does no longer work

I'm using Edgy with the edgy-updates and edgy-proposed repositories
enabled and packages up to date.

Just today, I've noticed that right-clicking on a folder (e.g. on the
desktop) and selecting the "Share Folder" entry from the context menu no
longer works as it recently did.

Basically, whenever I try to share a folder like that, I get a warning
dialog stating:

The configuration could not be loaded

You are not allowed to access the system configuration.
</quote>

which does not allow me to share a folder.
