[Bug 45331] System doesn't power off if you choose Shutdown option in the Logout dialog

Public bug reported:

System doesn't power off if you choose Shutdown option in the Logout
dialog. Instead, it takes you back to the Login screen. If you choose
shutdown option in the Login screen,  it shuts down properly.
