[Bug 75321] Printing gets cut off with in-text graphics(smileys)

Public bug reported:

I have noticed that when printing an email from a webmail account (Yahoo
in this case), the text of the last line gets cut off mid letter height
and sometimes appears to be dropped all together. I believe that this
might be due to the inline smiley graphics height not being taken into
account when its image height does not match the line height of the
text.

This also occurs with Fire Fox as well, so this probably should be noted
with xulrunner??
