[Bug 74851] ctrl-w should close the gnome-cups-manager window

Binary package hint: gnome-cups-manager

Since the gnome-cups-manager window looks like a nautilus window and is
essentially the "port" of windows printer area, which follows the
behaviour of explorer windows. It should follow the "as if it was a
nautilus window" behaviour and ctrl-w should close the window instead of
ctrl-q
