[Bug 73371] Re: Gnome sound recorder mutes microphone when told to record voice

* run gnome-sound-recorder
* open gnome-volume-control (or alsamixer)
* click on record from gnome-sound-recorder
* click on stop
* click on record from gnome-sound-recorder

The second time around, the sound is muted when I press record.
