[Bug 74484] Workspace Switcher 2.16.1 no longer ToolTips workspace name

Public bug reported:

Since installing Edgy, workspace switcher offers as ToolTip "Switch
between workspaces" rather than the name of each workspace, making it
difficult to select the intended workspace
