Moving this to gnome-cups-manager.

As gnome-cups-manager is not maintained any more this problem will get
fixed by the replacement of gnome-cups-manager with printerdrake in
Feisty:

Attached this bug report to the printerdrake feature request.

Please use the CUPS web interface (http://localhost:631/, use your user
name and password when asked for) if you suffer similar problems
(changes in printer settings are not obeyed).
