I'm using edgy with the tango-icon-theme (currently version 0.7.2+cvs06.07.31-0ubuntu3) The same bug also appears when I use the Tangerine or Gnome icon theme. -- Mixer applet shows different icon in bottom panel than in top panel https://launchpad.net/bugs/57996
