[Bug 58055] In background preferences, 'centred' should be 'centered' in en_US

Public bug reported:
For some reason, even though I'm running my desktop in en_US locale, the
"Style" combobox has an item spelled "Centred". The correct American
English spelling is "Centered".
$ echo $LANGUAGE
[menu item shows up as "Centred"]
$ export $LANGUAGE=en_US
[menu item shows up as "Centered"]
So it seems that it is using the british spelling in this application
for some reason.
** Affects: control-center (Ubuntu)
In background preferences, 'centred' should be 'centered' in en_US
