Ok, I installed it from python2.4-dev, and reran gnome-session-remove nautilus; nautilus, now it gives me nautilus: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/gnome- vfs-2.0/modules/libcdda.so: undefined symbol: gnome_vfs_uri_get_basename when I try to open the CD again. -- opening music cds restarts nautilus https://launchpad.net/bugs/57950
