   * New upstream version exception granted by Matt Zimmerman
     - fix gaim crashing for some people when connecting to a msn account
       (#57342)
   * Sync with Debian, Ubuntu changes are:
   * debian/control:
     - Build-Depends on libxext-dev, liblaunchpad-integration-dev, intltool
     - don't Build-Depends on libavahi-compat-howl-dev
     - don't Build-Depends on libmeanwhile-dev for now, it's an universe package
   * debian/patches/01_lpi.patch,
     debian/patches/02_autoconf.patch:
     - launchpad integration patches.
   * debian/patches/03_to_translate_list.patch:
     - correct the list of files to translate, fix intltool-update -p issue
   * debian/patches/04_gnomevfs_dbus_thread_init_fix_crasher.patch:
     - fix locking init between gnomevfs and dbus leading to a crasher
       (Ubuntu: #54445)
   * debian/prefs.xml:
     - set the notify by default (Ubuntu: #13389)
   * debian/rules
     - Add translation domain to desktop file.
     - call intltool-update to build the .pot
