[Bug 57676] Gimp segfaults when drawing with a tablet

Public bug reported:

Gimp (version 2.2.11-1ubuntu3.1 from on edgy i386) crashes when painting
with a tablet and moving the cursor out of the window while painting.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an image in gimp
2. Draw something with your tablet (configured as extended input device)
3. Now move the cursor to the border of the window _while drawing_
With a mouse, the image scrolls. With a tablet, it segfaults.
