[Bug 57346] totem-xine 1.4.3 missing

Public bug reported:

Totem-xine is pretty decent.
Totem Depends: totem-gstreamer (>= 1.4.3-0ubuntu1) | totem-xine (>= 1.4.3-0ubuntu1)

Please can we have totem-xine >=1.4.3 released to the repositories?

I can do:
  apt-get -b source totem-xine
but I don't know if everyone is comfortable doing this.
