[Bug 56869] Bug Buddy need sendmail bin, but not default installed

Binary package hint: bug-buddy

When raise one bad event and wish send to programmers, bug buddy need
what I find  sendmail bin....

I know... I can install Postfix, but my father ask me if Postfix is to
eat or put in hair...

Well, If exist Bug Buddy installed, install sendmail binary before and
dont ask to this file...
