[Bug 56748] xchat icon is hardly visible

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xchat-gnome

Open several programs (Evolution, gaim, firefox, etc...), and open
xchat.

Then scroll through those programs using Alt+Tab.

Often, I hardly notice the xchat icon.

Other white icons, such as the evolution icon, at least have a black
edge.

I know, this is a very, very trivial problem.
