[Bug 56412] dh_pycentral/dh_pysupport only called for one package

Public bug reported:

In /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/python-distutils.mk, cdbs only calls
dh_pycentral/dh_pysupport for the first listed package. This is fixed in
cdbs 0.4.45 in Debian.
