[Bug 56343] png and jpg thumbnails are different size and border

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

The thumbnails generated by the specific png and jpeg thumbnailers for
nautilus create different looking thumbnails.

The jpg thumbnailer adds a bit of a bordr around the image, and also
creates what looks like a drop-shadow.

The png thumbnailer does not do this, it just makes a smaller version of the png.
This look ugly, and should be considered a gui bug.
