Do you still have this issue? If yes, could you please reply with responses to Sebastien's questions reproduced below:
Could you run "sudo network-admin" from a command line and note if there is any message about the changes you make? Do you click to OK to get the modifications applied?

If not, please let us know so this bug can be closed.
