Marking the bug as fixed. Sorry for the delay to get it fixed but we get
lot of bugs for the number of people and that's not possible to fix
everything downstream. Upstream gets lot of issues too which explain
that it can takes time.

Feel free to open an another bug about with your incorrect decoding
example (on bugzilla.gnome is probably better if you have an account
there)
