[Bug 55609] A folder can be added many times through the same sharing settings

Public bug reported:

1.Open"system/administration/shared folders"; 
2.Click Add button, choose a folder,set sharing mode and sharing properties,click OK; 
3.Click Add button again,choose the same folder,set the same sharing mode and properties,the folder can be added again successfully.
